Purpose: This site provides information and commercial access to our cabinetry products and services, including assembly and installation of cabinets and countertops.
Content Usage: All images and videos depict actual projects completed by CP Cabinets for real clients. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Product Availability: Styles, finishes, and measurements may vary based on stock and supplier availability.
Pricing: Quotes provided are valid for a limited time and may change depending on supplier updates.
About Cabinet Assembly & Installation
Service Provider Responsibilities
CP Cabinets is not responsible for plumbing or electrical work.
Client Responsibilities
Provide cabinet handles unless otherwise specified in the estimate.
Wall Irregularities: If property walls are uneven, CP Cabinets shall not be responsible for gaps or misalignments caused by such irregularities.
Installation Timeline: Cabinet installation may take between 3 to 7 business days, depending on project complexity or required adaptations (see notes in your estimate/invoice).
About Countertop Installation
Materials
Materials will be supplied as specified in the estimate/invoice.
Slab selection is the responsibility of the Client.
Sink, faucets, and plumbing materials must be provided by the Client unless otherwise specified.
The estimate/invoice will detail labor and material costs provided by the Service Provider.
Service Provider Responsibilities
Fabricate and install the product as specified.
CP Cabinets is not responsible for plumbing work.
Client Responsibilities
Provide the sink and faucets, or as listed in the estimate/invoice.
The Service Provider is not responsible for future issues caused by the Client -provided structure.
Installation Timeline
Standard installation: 7 to 15 business days after template.
Custom work: 15 to 30 business days after template.
Purchase & Transparency
Contracts: All clients receive a detailed quote before installation, including materials, finishes, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Materials: The material (style, color, and size) selected by the Client is stated in the estimate/invoice according to the approved project.
Installation: CP Cabinets performs installations according to professional quality and safety standards.
Payment Terms: Orders require a non-refundable deposit (percentage specified in the estimate). Balance must be paid in full upon delivery or installation.
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit card, or bank transfer.
Responsibilities and Liability Waiver: CP Cabinets is not responsible for delays beyond its control, including third-party service delays, supply shortages, shipping issues, HOA restrictions, or permit department delays.
If the Client delays the project for more than five (5) business days (e.g., not providing site access or failing to obtain approvals), CP Cabinets reserves the right to:
a. Adjust the project schedule;
b. Charge additional fees for storage, rescheduling, or labor reallocation.
Inspection Upon Delivery: Clients must inspect all products at the time of delivery. Visible damages must be reported immediately, and concealed damages must be reported within 10 days.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations after order approval may incur fees, especially if items have already been ordered or manufactured.
Privacy: Customer information (name, email, phone, address) is used solely for service fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Returns & Refunds
In case of custom-made projects, returns are not accepted once production has started or cabinets have already been ordered.
Refunds are only available in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by CP Cabinets.
Non-custom accessories may be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee.
Termination
Termination by Service Provider
CP Cabinets may terminate this Agreement immediately if:
- The Client fails to make timely payments.
- The Client breaches any material term of this Agreement.
- Working conditions become unsafe or hazardous.
Termination by Client
The Client may terminate this Agreement with five (5) business days’ written notice. However, the Client will still be responsible for:
- All work completed up to the termination date.
- Costs of already ordered or manufactured materials.
- Any non-refundable deposit.
